Ale Configuration Problem

Dear Friends,

I m doing an ALE Configuration. I have done the following steps.

Receiver System - client 810

1. Created RFC Destination

Sender system - client 800

1. Created 2 Logical Systems

2. Assigned the LS to clients.

3. Created RFC Destination

4. Created an Port with RFC Destination.

5. Created an Model View - added a message type

I m getting the following error when I click on Distribute.

1. Model View SAP_M_V has not been updated.

2. Reason: Distribution model is currently being processed.

Kindly help me.

HI,

Save your model view then distribute it.

using the menu.

EDIT->Model View->Distribute.

In 800 Side: After creation of disribution model, generate partner profiles. Then distribute the modelview to partner (810) system.

Here also generate the partner profiles.

Hi,

From the sending system, in customer distribution model.

1) Environment -> generate the partner profile (see menu), Come back, save.

2) Edit -> modelview -> destribute.

Hi Vasu,

There might be 2 situations for this,

1. You have to reset all transaction and then distribute your distribution model(BD64) or.

2. You might have created the same model in the receiver system and it may be distributed, then also you get the same error, delete the model in your receiving client and then try to distribute in sender client.

(<i>Note:- you need to create distribution model in sending client.</i>)

and then Distribute the distribution model.
