After giving company code and asset a list of documents is displayed.

I selected a record but how do i keep track of the position of the record in recording, that so and so record has been selected.

Any help wold be Highly Appreciated

Hello Varun ,

with given information , no one can understand what you are trying to say abt the issue.

anyhow ,coming to you issue , u cant use BDC for creating distribution rules , better option is use FM to create distribution rules.

i have already mosted sample codes for this in SDN , please search or you can debug how SAP creating distribution rules by using FMs K_SETTLEMENT_RULE_SAVE/K_SETTLEMENT_*.
