Agent Assignment in Process Change Request (Web) Task

Hello All,

In MSS scenario I am using the standard task Process Change Request (Web) TS50000075 to send the workitem And I am assigning agent as EXPRESION and passing a container element which contains the Userid of agent.

But I am getting an error Result of agent resolution does not agree with agents of task and No Selected Agent.

So Please suggest me any solution for this error.

Hi

Answer is pure assumption.

Pls check the OSS note

Note 914732 - Work item sent in spite of failed agent determination

Pls take opinion from Basis team and SAP, if you want to implement the OSS note

OSS Note 914732 is already implemented still i am getting same error.

Is there any other solution for this issue please replay me.

hi,

Open the step in which you are assigning the agent, and see if the Agent Assignment button is activated. (set to general task).
