ADT outdated for WebDynpro

I am facing a strange issue when I am trying to use the syntax autocompletion (shift enter) in Web Dynpro controller methods implementation. The error is saying that my version is outdated

The problem is that I already have the most updated version of excel addin for Eclipse 2019 03. I have the same eclipse plugin setup at some other clients where I am not facing this error. I am using most recent ABAP trial that is currently available as a backend - 7.52 SP1. All the services are activated in SICF.

I really do not know where to look further. Perhace, ADT is trying to obtain some minimum level of plugin from my backend and this information is somehow corrupted?

Please check and post your ADT components with version number

Web Dynpro version is 1.108

Additionally I have enabled the trace for abap communication - it shows an error whenever I am trying to use Ctrl Space
