ADT installation error - Eclipse 2023-12

I get the error when installing ADT in Eclipse 2023-12.  Any suggestions to resolve this? (A previous thread on this same issue suggested using the offline ADT plugin, but I do not have access to download the offline ADT)

I installed 2023-12, I had no issues. Did you install Eclipse Java and everything as recommended? Which procedure did you use? What did you select exactly?

Did you check their server status at https://status.eclipsestatus.io/

I've only ever had problems when I've upgraded Eclipse. In those cases, I just do a clean re-install. 

You might also check you've got the latest JDK - I recommend SAP Machine (currently release 21).

Thank you very much for your replies. The issue was with my corporate laptop and network. Cloud connector was used to install ADT. Closing this thread.
