Hi,
The output type will be created by functional team. We need to provide the form name to the functional owner and he will create the new output type by assigning the Adobe form name from configuration.
Please let me know if any other details required.
Thanks,

Y do you need to create an output type for a CR?
Output type will be attached to driver program and adobe form which should be in place if it's a existing live adobe form.
If the CR applies to the FORM, then you should start working at form level.
If possible please provide some more details what exactly you are looking for

I need to make copy of Global Template form and then add the changes to the existing form

Hi,
It again depends upon your CR implementation approach in your project.
You can go for a copy or you can directly do changes to the existing form(Which is bit risky if you are new to this).
But if you are going for the copy, again some sort of config like attaching the new copied form to the required output type needed.
So have a discussion with your lead..

Hi Arnav,
The output types are created by the Functional Team. Once it is created, then you can attach your form name and the driver program name (Entry Routine name) from the transaction NACE.
Please have a discussion with your respective functional team member for the outout type creation.
Thanks,

Hi Arnab,
You are partially right regarding the configuration transaction NACE. Apart from NACE there are other config. transactions too like OB96.
Whatever be the case Arnav, please get a clarity from the respective functional owner regarding the output type. In case you are creating a new Adobe form, you can reuse the exiting output type with changed configuration or get a new output type created and configured. It all depends on business need,
If you have more questions please post some details here about existing object and CR.
