Additional data tab B

Hi all,

I have a requirement to add custom fields in tab additional tab B in sales order.I have added the fields in the table vbak by using the append structure. Now how to add those fields to screen 8309.Do I need access key for that.when i go to se51 put program name as SAPMV45A and screen 8309 its asking me for acces key.Could anybody tell me how to change the layout without acces key.Thanks in advance..

Yes first you take access key from basis guy than start changes in screen 8309.

but i think amit we can do it without using the access key...

Hi,

You need get the access key from BASIS and modify the layout as per your reqirement.
