Adding fields in mm03

I need to add 3 new fields in mm03 under material group 3.

Can someone tell me how to do this.

Hi Raymond,

As you can see from the image i need to add 3 new values under Material Group 3 in MM03.  Sorry I wrote 3 new fields instead of 3 new values.

• M01 – Ambiant
• M02 - Cold Chain
• M03 - Narcotic

This is my requirement.

So this is not an Abap question, but Customizing : transaction SPRO 'Define Material Groups' in 'Data Relevant to Sales and Distribution' of 'Material Master', 'Settings for Key Fields' (or SM30 on view V_TVM3)

Hint for next time : F1 on the field,technical informations,navigate to table/structure,  look for check table/foreign key (or domain value) an then look for view on the check table, and SM30, input view name, navigate to Customizing and read the provided documentation if available in SPRO.

Hello Arijit,

I don't think creating new material groups is a developers activity.

Try IMG-->Logistics – General > Material Master > Settings for key fields > Define Material Groups
