Adding Custom Button on VT01N Screen

HI,

I have a requirement in which i need to Add a Custom Button on VT01N Screen which will give a call third Party Software and fetch some data and send it back to SAP.Based on that I need to display Error or Success Message.

Can anybody tell me if is there any BADI or Enhancement Spot Exist for Doing this.

Hai NITIN KULKARNI,

I am Genaralising This For U.

It Is ver EASY Procees.

Just Go To SE84

Give The Program Name Or Package name In Which VT01N is present.

Then Click On Display.

Then Click On Enhancements.

Then U will Get USer Exits Aswell As BADI 's

Thanks for the reply.

I tried searching using this method but coudnt find any relevant BADI.

Can you please let me know the BADI/Screen Exit/Enhancement Spot Name wherein I can Add Code for Addin Custom Button.

or can u please let me know the correct way of adding custom button as it will be calling an AS400 program for fetching some data.

Hi

You can use the exit V56USVDP EXIT_SAPLV56U_004, anyway see the enhancement (trx CMOD) beginning V56*
