adding additional field in tcode FBL1

Hi All,

I need to add additional field XBLNR_ALT from table BKPF in tcode FBL1. After displaying the report in the application tool bar I have Additional field button I am getting the below popup. I am using a lower version.

When I run tcode OBVU, it is taking me to Tcode SM30. When I give table name BKPF and click on display it is showing me the error "The maintenance dialog for BKPF is not maintained". How to add the XBLNR_ALT field in FBL1. Please help me.

Hi,

go to FBL1 and then click on setting and the special fileds like Below in your development system .

this will take you table where click on new enter and add field from BKPF.

Maintenance view for special field is V_T021S (OBVU) look for "special fields" in SPRO menu.

Hi,

Thanks! I am able to add the additional field. But when I checked in FBL1 the output alignment is not coming correctly.

After selecting the additional field I am getting the below message.

Are there any other setting needs to be done. Please suggest.
