Adding a link in SE38/SE80 documentation

Hi,

in the documentation of our programs, classes, ... (in SE38, SE82, ...) we would like add links to out documents on our sharepoint. We don't find a way to do that .

Is there any solution to do this?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for and I do not have experience with it personally, but here is some SAP documentation I found:
