add fields

Hi experts,

my requirement is to add three fields to structure CEKKO(purchase release communication structure)

in this structure one include is there by name (.include)

cekkoz and i have to these three fields to the .include cekkoz.

can u plz suggest me how to do step by step.

Goto SE11--> Goto change mode of CEKKO --> Add those 3 fields and activate that. Goto EKKO table --> utilities --> Database utilities --> Press the button Activate and adjust database.

That's it.

Go to SE11 , enter table EKKO , click on Append structure on the application toolbar, give CEKKO and click on Create icon, it will take you to structure creation give the field name there, activate the structure

and come back to the main table(EKKO) and activate the table.

Hi Sireesha,

go to strucutre CEKKO ,in the structure u will find the include CEKKOZZ,double click on it and add fields there and activate the structure CEKKOZZ and CEKKO.But i think it will ask for access key.Plz chek it.

If you double click on that include and add fields and activate it, the fields will be added to that include itself.
