How can i activate user menu icon(first human sign icon on the intital screen).It currently grayed(disabled)

Hi

Check the GUI status SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION

of the std screen

whether that Menu Item with Code XXUSER is there or not?

I can see tht xxuser code in status, when i run simulation of tht , its showing tht icon but whein i go in intitial screen tht icon is stil greyed,

pls help me to make it active.
