Activation problems

I have an include that has been transported from DEV to QA and after being successfully tested on both, was moved to production. On production the functionality in the include was not being implemented. The user that was running the transaction (SE23N) then used se38 to generate and activate the include on production. He then ran the process again and now the include's functionality is being used, but only for his user. How do I get this include generated and activated on production for all users?

Hi,

Its nothing like taht, when transport from QA to DEV it will be an active version.

Some one might have edited it if it is inactive.

No such seperate activation needed.

Hi,

Since the Include is also a PROGRAM (SE38) which is not User/Client dependent, if it is Activated ONCE in PRD with any User ID, means it should remain active.

If at all that Include is used in Multiple programs then you may get problem.

Find the where used list of that Include and activate all the programs.
