activating new abap editor

Dear all.

I'm using the version ECC 5.00 of SAP. My Sap_basis is 640, and i have the SAPGUI Path 20. I try to Activate the New editor but i only can see 2 buttons.

Try out this link.

I think the issue is with your Support Pack level.

Try out this link.
