Activate BSEG table

Dear All,,

I have appended my zstructure in the table BSEG .

But when transported request from dev to quality : BSEG is partly active and  the appended structure also shown as partly  inactive.

Some suggested me to run ABAPCOCKPIT .

Suggest some ideas .

Why don't You Delete And do it From the Starts. Again in Development. Then new Request will be create.

Any error message while activating the Structure And the table. Se14  Also you can adjust.

But first u have to solve the appended structure should be active.

First try to activate the appended zstructure. Once it is activated then activate the BSEG table.

adjust the db table using se14 and try to activate the strure again if the structure is activated properly again to the se14 adjust the db table..

Hi Deep,

    Did u get any error message during the activation.Please post that error log.

Any way try to Activate the appended z-structure first then activate the BSEG table.

Append structure on BSEG? Was that really necessary? BSEG is a cluster table, with already numerous fields, hit from all modules of ECC and so is considered as one of the most critical tables in SAP. Was there no better technical solution other than to touch BSEG?

It worked everything got activated with help of se14 .

Hi Deep,

I also faced the same issue. Please follow the below instructions -

1. Activate your structure

2. Activate Data element and Domain if you have created any.

3. If still the table is in partly active mode, Go to SE14 and adjust the database. Please note 'Save Data' Radiobutton should be checked.
