Hello

How could we create and provisioning users before the end of the entire request in SAP GRC?

For example, if I have need to have three validations before assigning role to user, how I can end the process after the first or the second approbation.

Hi Louty.

When an access request is submitted it can be split in multiple paths, depending on your initiator settings.

Provisioning can be configured to happen in the end of the access request (when all these paths get fully approved) or in the end of each of these paths.

In this case, you can configure your workflow initiator to trigger a separate path for the request items of type "System", and you can configure this path with a single approval, or even to be automatically approved.

But please note that it will only work if you are adding Systems (not only roles) to your access requests. If user your accounts are getting indirectly created as a result of the role approval it will not work.
