You should have the developer key if you want to add any code...Ask basis team

If you are devloping an object for the first time on that system you need

to give Devloper key which you can get from basis team.

Or else system will ask for access key only if you creating a program

which doesnt start either from Y or Z.

check in table DEVACCESS.

give ur username and execute to get the developer key, if its not present then contact ur basis team.

First you need to get developer access key. Request BASIS team for providing the access key.

create a program in se38 which starts either with letter Y or Z

like ZPROGRAM1

hi buddy,

SAP ask's for access key whenever you try to make changes to standard objects... you should have a valid reason to do this.. talk to your basis and team lead... There is another key called developer key which you would be requiring only once after your user id has been created. This will help you to develop objects in SAP...

Hi,

If you have access to service.sap.com

Go to Keys & Requests --> SSCR Keys --> Click Register developer --> Select your insaillation provide your user id and click Register .

The key will be generated and you can use this

check the name of our program is it start with Z or Y or not.

start your program name with Z or Y.

for example Zalv_display.
