Could you please let me know that Accelerated Data Migration Tool is being delivered in the latest versions of SAP or not?

No, it appears not. 

Maybe look at alternatives:

Or I know BackOffice Associates (boaweb.com) offers something called "CranSoft" for quick data migration. 

As far as what is offered within SAP, I think LSMW is the most common form of data migration.
