When ever you change in Standard SAP object,whose orginal replica was written by SAP,Than this object willl show you as a repair object.

Any object you change in your SAP system which doesnt have the Original System same as your SYSID will create a transport task as Repair. That will happen for all SAP objects, Vendor provided Objects, and your own if you have multiple development systems.
