Hi,

Is there any differnt methods avail to write these different kind of RFCs(sRFC,tRFC,qRFC)

or any different Transaction Codes?

You create an RFC much the the same way as you create a normal function module using SE37.. In the Attributes, you must click the Remote-enabled module radiobutton. The rest involves setting up the RFC destinations in SM59 etc..PL refer to this
