about purchase order changes

hi plz check this and let me know............

For example : i created a purchase order in ME21N. Using the transaction ME22N i changed the PO qty for the item 10.

i want to know other than CDHDR ,CDPOS ,CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS and CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS to find the changed item is refelecting.

hi,

the other way to check the changes is via display PO -> ME23

choose header from the menu and then click on statistics->changes

i need to get the required details in the report not in ME23N .
