Hi,

That can't be answered just like that.

generally we get some status code for each step in the IDOC processing. So based on the Status code we will tackle the error.

for Outbound and inbound there are asome predefined status codes maintained in IDOC's which are stored in STATUS record table.

Hi Anji,

Thanxs for ur immediate responce. See while transferring an IDoc if the receiver partner system is in inactive state then it causes an error right.like that there are any other cases in which the Idocs might be failed.thats wat i am asking. respond me please.

hi kumar....

if any error indicates predefined satus codes...

like

status 29 means Error in ale service layer...

staus 26 means syntax error ....

1 to 50--> codes r indicates outbound status

after fifty -->indicates inbound status...
