about ecc 6.0

i have learned abap4.7 but now i have to work in ecc 6.0

so is there any similarity for the two packages?????

Yes, everything that you have learned in 4.7, can be applied in ecc 6.0, it is just an upgraded version, that's all. In ecc 6.0, you just get new enhancements of the ABAP development environment.

Understand that R/3 4.7 and ECC 6.0 are the same thing, just ecc is the newest version of R/3, R/3 name has been abandoned and it is now called ECC. ECC 6.0 is the newest release and is part of myErp 2005 which runs on Netweaver 2004s, but when you log on to Ecc 6.0, it will look very much like your 4.7 system.
