ABAP new Editor problem

Hi,

Whenever i want to activate the New ABAP Editor, the SE38 always hangs. So i have to change it back to Old Editor to open Se38. How can i open se38 in new editor??

current sap version ECC 6.0

SAP GUI Release is 710 Final Release

Patch level 0

Plz help...

U can set this in ABAP editor Utilities->settings .

Yes i am changing it there. but after selecting new editor, SE38 doesnot opens..

Patch level 11 is the latest Please install it hope problem will solve out.

From where can i get Patch level 11?

Basis or Network ADM people will do that job..so contact them.

Hello All,

i m also facing same problem whenever i m selecting new editor GUI goes hang and it will not perform anything . after that i have seen ur discussion and i installed latest patch level 17 but the same problem is still going on . please help to resolve this problem ....
