Why do you need a CD-ROM? If you need to work off-line, can't you install ABAP Developer Edition on your laptop, buy an ABAP book, download blog posts, etc.?

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the answer. Also, I would like to study ABAP programming while working at internet outsourcing. Can you tell me the recommended internet outsourcing in Germany?
