I want to convert Payslip from HR forms to PDF file. Is it possible ..? if it is possible can u please explain ?......

Give print,

So that a spool request will get created.

Go to tr SP02.

Find out the spool no.

Then goto program RSTXPDFT4.

Execute it and enter the spool no.

So that ur HR form will be converted to PDF file.

1)Use Function modile to do that.

CONVERT_PAYSLIP_TO_PDF

2)create spool no for your payslip.

pass this spool no to prog RSTXPDFT4 to get pdf output.

hi murugan,

u have to create a stucture like PC407 and pass it to the export parameter P_info.

And in the import parameter u need to declare a field with xstring for pdf_content

and pdf_fsize like integer.
