Hi,

when opening abap code in se80 the editor is not expanding to fill out the entire window vertically. Is it possible to have the ABAP editor to fill the entire window?

Hi,

I thing u can see the maxmum size by reducing the left margin of the se80 screen. It is not possible to see for the whole entire window.

Use SE38 or use the close button in SE80 after opening the program.

Hi,

you have a button in the application tool bar to expand it to full screen, i do not have the SAP infront of me, but see the aplication toolbar buttons, that may be the left side of the information button.

check out the GUI settings .

Also you can manually drag it .

thanks for your replies, but your ideas are not working. I want to expand vertically - not horizontally.

Any ideas how I can succeed expanding the ABAP editor vertically in se80?

Hi Elvez,

Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, switch to editor of your choice (I use MS-Word), Ctrl-V.
