We are recently working on a ABAP Performance Tuning & Optimization project. Any one Can provide me some document or link related to code optimization or guidelines. What all the point we should focus on ?

Have a look here and the forum . You could get most of the guidelines and suggestions. Also search in SCN and GOOGLE for any standard documentation for performance enhancement techniques.
