You can use Function Module PRINT_TEXT .

A sample code snippet :-

I_OPT-TDTELENUM = V_NUMBER. " Fax Number
 
I_OPT-TDTELELAND = V_COUNTRY. " Specify Country of recipient 
CALL FUNCTION 'PRINT_TEXT' 
EXPORTING 
APPLICATION = 'TX' 
DEVICE = 'TELEFAX'          "For fax 
DIALOG = 'X' 
HEADER = HEADER 
OPTIONS = I_OPT 
IMPORTING 
RESULT = RESULT 
TABLES 
LINES = I_CONTENT.
