TCP/IP RFC connection test failed

Hello everyone. I am new to SAP Basis. I have to created TCP/IP RFC destination in SM59 t-code for File Transfer Protocol (FTP). I have created destination with standard program SAPFTP. When I am going to test the connection, it throughs the error like below given image. Please suggest me to solve this error.

On picture 2, you choose to start the program on the frontend. The program is installed on your PC?

Shouldn't the SAPFTP run on the Application Server?
