If the CDS views are not released then what is the procedure to use them to create reports?

We are trying to create a report in SAP S/4 HANA Public cloud using standard CDS views.

For fetching data we want to use the below CDS views - 

1) ESH_N_ACCT_DOC_LINEITEM_BSEG_H

But these are not yet released and we cannot create the report. Please suggest a solution.

Public Cloud is a new paradigm completely different from non-public, you cannot create whatever you want. Make sure there's no other solution. If not, ask SAP to release it via Customer Influence.
