How can I check what changes have been made between patch levels 2 and 4 in SAP GUI for Windows 8.00?
Has it been announced by SAP as an official document?
I would appreciate any information you can give me.

A generic changelog is not available but you may browse the list of corrections (requires S-user).
For example this is the changelog for 8.00PL4.
