View PDF in SF mobile app post 1H 2023 upgrade

Hi All,

We are not able to view from mobile app any pdf which are in custom mdf(part of people profile).

This issue started occurring post 1H 2023 changes. Wanted to check if any other clients are facing the same issue.

We are seeing this issue also - but only with iOS. I think this is either in relation to H1 2023 or the latest iPhone update which only took place last week.
We do not have the setting adela.golembiowski mentioned

We have raised a ticket with SAP, as a High priority (470618 / 2023)

The Support person has come back to us that the issue might be due to 1H 2023 release.

The issue has been resolved in Version 10.0.1 of IOS mobile app.

you did check if option Enable Mobile Features -> Mobile Specific -> Attachment Download Restriction in Admin Center is maybe activated?

I have raised an incident with SAP, wanted to see if this is occuring for other clients.

Ok, I checked on our system... attachments can be opened on mobile app as usual.

Have you tested this in both Android and iOS? We are having the same issue as Avinash and trying to troubleshoot if its affecting both systems. Thanks!

Hi, double checked again, you are right - seems like there is an issue with .pdf on iOS

iOS: possible to open .jpeg, not possible to open .pdf

Android: opened .jpeg and .pdf, looks ok...
