Is it possible to add own international address version in S/4HANA Cloud

2189610 - How to activate and create country specific International address version? - SAP for Me

As above, in classic ECC it is possible to add own international address version, and I would like to confirm whether it is available or not in S/4HANA public cloud.

I  checked the help page of international address version for S4HC below, and my understanding is that we can only activate the versions which provided as standard setting, and cannot add our own versions.

your understanding is correct - in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition you cannot create your own customer specific address version.
