A new SMT configuration option has been introduced. In the documentation (Email Settings | SAP Help Portal), there is a note regarding the "CPQ Legacy SMTP service" setting:
"It's crucial to note that this type of SMTP is not recommended, as there is a possibility that outgoing emails may not reach their intended recipients and it may be phased out in future updates."
