HI Raju,
You need to go inside the Workflow Technical log and then see the first tab in lower screen where you will find the message raised. Please share the same and we shall help you out.

Also you can do these steps:
On screenshot you see two areas:
1. Step history.
2. Steps itself.
What you have to do is to unfold the Steps tree and find node with error (on my screenshow - yellow block 3). Click on error and take a look at "step history" area - you'll see detailed log.
Show us this area.
On your screenshot i can see button "Details".
Can you please press the button and show us screenshot of detail screen.
