Hi All,

Activated Auto Batch determination in delivery,System not picking the material from 2nd Batch,even stock available in 2nd batch.

Due to This error while doing Goods issue.Deficit of stock with Batch no

Pls help where is config missed out.

Hi All,

Issue in Auto Batch determination in SD in delivery.

Material not picked from 2nd batch even stock available for same material in 2nd batch.

Material Available in Plant

Sales order quantity -110 qty

One Sold to party and multiple ship to parties in sales order

Deliveries for 3 ship to parties.

While doing Goods Issue,system not picking the  material from 2nd batch for same line item and the error message is  referred  below.

Please help where the config is missing.

have you checked the log for batch determination? It usually has some info why a batch is not selected.

Further you should always post an error message 1:1 instead of interpreting an error message

Not to forget that you need to search SCN before posting, as this case with "Deficit of stock with Batch no" is discussed probably a hundred times before.

But this message just come up because you wanted to overrule SAP by entering the batch which was not found automatically. So instead of focusing on this follow on error you should analyze the root cause, the batch determination itself, to find out why the batch could not be picked automatically

why is your question marked answered if you still ask questions?

And unfortunately you are the second today in the SD forum who mixes unrestricted with available, another chance to promote my document.

Further you did not follow the advice to check the batch determination log, can it be that you do not even know where this button is?

Your screenshots are just useless, shall one compare unrestricted use stock from MMBE with a delivery number and its ship-to number from LIKP table?
