Renumbering Business Partners in CRM after Migration of ERP to S/4

Hello CRM community,

in our S/4 project the affiliated companies will get new numbers and the SLT mechanism for the data transfer from R/3 to S/4 will take care of changing all the relevant S/4 tables. Unfortunately this will not create new BP GUIDs and the
synchronisation of BPs between S/4 and CRM is based on these GUIDs thus changing the "old" BP. The new number will not arrive in CRM, so we can not use the merge functionality in CRM. The exchange of documents will then fail.

One option in CRM ist to change the partner numbers in CRM in the relevant tables. By tracing I tried to identify the relevant tables
BUT000, BUT020, BUT020_FS, BUT050, BUT100, ADRV, CDHDR, STXH, STXL for the BP
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX for BTs

I have 2 questions:
- Is this a valid approach ?
- Are there any further tables to be considered ?

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.
