Our company is transitioning from three separate CRMs systems to SAP. Currently, we have duplicate customer records across these CRMs because each system is used for different product ranges.
The initial plan is to maintain these duplicate/triplicate customer accounts in SAP, as each account, though representing the same entity, often has different payers, delivery addresses, and assigned sales representatives. However, we're exploring if a more structured approach is possible.

We sell products to various schools under the New York City Department of Education through different contracts. In our CRMs, each school isn't treated as a single entity; instead, different departments within the same school are handled as separate entities.
