A report can be scheduled and automatically saved to a network file/location

Good Day Expert,

Is there any option to select as destination for a scheduled report. Now i want to schedule the report and automatically sent to the network file / location. So that report can be viewed by the multiple users. Is any kb there to help to solve this issue. It will be easy to send this report to the particular location. Hello,

I don't think that you can send the report to network location automatically from the system.

options would be

1) Store the report on network location.

Use Excel Add - in and VBA macros to define the logic ( whenever file is opened auto refresh the data)

2) Use oData Query and trigger the query as per schedule and store the result in the network location.

Here you would need some middle ware or mechanism to trigger the Odata Call.

3) using RPA/BPA : use the bot : Schedule Report Refresh Provided by SAP.
