How to complete Service Order in case of unused spares inwarded via "Part Returned Notification"

Hello Experts,

In a service order we have delivered 5 spares for On-Site repair (in hands of service engineer - via Goods Issue form )

later Service Engineer returned with 2 spares which are unused. We returned these 2 spares via "Part Returned Notification".

We have invoiced 3 spares which gets consumed in repair & we posted Service Confirmation & Invoiced the same.

Now we are not able to close 2 line items in Service Order which shows as delivered, Line items shows status In Process.

As we have returned unconsumed spares, system shows "No stock available in Custodian" in Service Confirmation (means we cant post confirmation anymore).

How to complete Service Order in such cases.

hello Vishal,

Can you share more information about the issue? some screenshots to show the service order status and where the errors from will be much helpful.

We will need to check it in internal system and come out with a suggestion.

SO Line Item 50 delivered in DC-30

SO Line Item 60 & 70 delivered in DC-183

SO Line Item 10 & 20 Service Confirmation

Custodian Stock with respective supplier

Error while new confirmation

Dear Expert,

Please help. Even after rejecting spare part item, service order still say "Delivery In Process"
