Hi Gurus,
I have one more question.....
What is the significant difference between "Cancel" and "Delete" actions in Travel Management ?
How, When and Why are they used ? Kindly explain.
Thank you

Hi,
If Posting already made to FI (for example advance request) and you want to revert back (reverse posting) then you have to cancel the trip then next time it would automatically post the trip with reverse amounts..
Or you cannot delete trip which have already been posted.. in this case you will to cancel it..
For more information.

For Deletion of trip, request was created but not posted to FI, but trip is posted or withdrawn , now you can simple delete the trip..
Hope would serve your purpose..
