SAP s4hana cloud restrict users change billing block in sales order

Hi Experts,

What Authorization settings and/or roles restricting setting are necessary in order to limit the users allowed to remove a billing block from a sales document.

Hello ltzerovska,

A potential suggestion would be to explore Cloud BAdI "Sales Document Check Before Save". For example, if the user equals to the authorized one, then the sales order can be saved. Otherwise, the "save" action will be blocked.

As also mentioned in Community Post - How to restrict some users to remove the billing block from the billing plan tab?

However, the billing plan details for sales document item are not accessible in the available fields for the BAdI yet.
