Changing Purchase Order Qy on ByDesigen

Is it possible to change the quantity of an open Purchase Order in SAP Buisiness Bydesign?
When there is a difference between the originally planned purchase order quantity and the actual delivery quantity, we have to cancel the Purchase Order and recreate it again.
Please tell us how to do this!

Hello

As long as the Purchase order item status is not Finished, you should be able to update the PO item quantity, it is still editable.

For example:

1. Order a product with 1 ea in the initial PO
2. Received 2 ea. The status of the PO item would be updated to Follow-up document created, and the the delivery status would be Completely delivered. 
3. Now, the PO item quantity field is editable, you can update it from 1 ea to 2 ea
4. However, if you completely invoiced the PO item, the item status would be updated to Finished, then you can't edit the quantity/price anymore.

Thank you for your reply. Can this be done even if the quantity is reduced on a Purchase Order? For example, 1，Order 10 products in the initial order. 2, 5 products received.

Yes it is possible. You can change it to whatever the quantity you like as long as the field is editable.

The actual machine confirmed that the quantity of PurchaseOrder could be reduced. (1, Register 100 units as scheduled for delivery in PurchaseOrder, 2, Register 100 units as scheduled for delivery in Inbound Delivery Notification, 3, Register 5 units in Inbound Delivery, 4, Edit the quantity in Purchase Order and change it to 5 units). However, three problems cannot be solved. 1, After doing 1 to 4 above, the Status of the Purchase Order remains ‘Follow-up document created’. 2, After doing 1 to 4 above, the Inbound Delivery Notification quantity remains at 100 and cannot be changed. 3, This may be unnecessary, but I cannot press the ‘Finish’ button of Purchase Order. No. 1 is particularly troublesome. Because the To-be is that the Status of the PurchaseOrder is ‘Finished’.
