Deleting Business Users

1) Need to delete all users data permanently from Test system. Please suggest us how to delete all business users?

2) Need to import new business users in Test system. Please suggest us how to upload users in Manage workforce tile?

1. If the employee was created by replication from SAP SuccessFactors, it is not necessary to first delete the employee in SAP SuccessFactors and replicate the deletion. You need to follow these steps if an inconsistency was found on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or ask an SAP Product Support engineer for assistance.

There are 3 sets of data, work assignment, business partner and business user. To delete all these data, there are corresponding ILM objects for which a few configurations are required. These configuration details can be found in SAP Help Portal Data Management for HR Connectivity and Workforce Details | SAP Help Portal.
