Are you leveraging the digital discovery assessment toolkit for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition? If so, you'll be pleased to know that you can seamlessly import your scope selection from there into SAP Central Business Configuration with just a few clicks. This integration between the two tools has been available for several releases now, providing greater convenience and efficiency for users.

Once you’ve completed your scope selection in the digital discovery assessment, the next step is to export it as a JSON file. This file can then be easily imported into SAP Central Business Configuration when defining your scope. The JSON file must be maintained in a specific format, which is automatically generated when exporting from the digital discovery assessment. For use cases going beyond that, a sample JSON file can be downloaded from SAP Central Business Configuration. This file can be manually adjusted as needed and be used as a template.

Upon import, a dialog will notify you of the success of the import and whether any imported scope requires your attention. It's important to note that the import process does not impact any previous scope selections made within SAP Central Business Configuration.
