Problems with the Message Summary Alerts window

Hi

SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.150) FP 2102 (64-bit)

A user minimizes the Messages and Alerts window and continues working in Sap.

After a few minutes it returns to the messages and alerts window (maximize).
this one appears with a white screen.

The problem only occurs for one user (30 users on the company)

Any suggestion ?

Please check if issue happen, after deleting the alerts for effected user.

Also check if you have huge number of alerts for effected user in OALR table.

There is only one alert that updates every 30 minutes.
After deletion the problem persists.

If the window is visible everything works, the alert appears and is updated every thirty minutes.
If the window is minimized when reopened after a few minutes the window is white.
the same alert works for other users.
