Profit Center in sales order is not saved

Good morning,

In the material master, I have set the profit center. However, when I create a sales order with this material, the profit center is not filled.

In the sales order I get the message that the sales order is not complete and that the profit center is missing.

I can enter the profit center under Account Assignment on item level. I get no further error messages and then I get the message that the document is complete:

However, when I save it, the entry in profit center is deleted again, and I get the message that the document is incomplete:

What is happening here? Why can't I save the profit center in the sales order? I have created several other sales orders for this sales organization, where I used the same profit center and that caused no problems.

What is the plant getting derived in line item-Pl check this.

also any derivation rules active in sales order for the profit centres ??

also need to check any Z code causing this-Pl sit with abaper once..
