changing reference specification key in document

Hi,

i have a document for which i need to change the reference specification 1/2 key(field XREF2)-addl line item data field which is currently grayed out

I had a look at the field status for that acct ,but i saw the reference specification key as optional only

Would you guys help me out on this

There are two places to make this setting. One at the account level in OBC4. The other is at the posting key level in OB41.
